Screen Manufacturing cc specializes in the manufacturing of woven wire screening, mostly for mining and crushing companies, adding value to 550 tons of wire each year. The mesh created includes:
Hi-Carbon, Mild Steel, Galvanised Steel and Stainless Steel 304 and 316. Other applications include the food and farming industries.
Mesh wire specifications used by Screen Manufacturing vary in thickness from 1.6mm to 12.5mm; aperture sizes also vary from 2mm to 200mm (square as well as slotted) depending on wire thickness.
The Screens can either be flat, with over hooks, C-shape weld-on or S-bends. Various requirements can be accommodated because the screens can be placed alongside each other. Trommel screens are also manufactured to specification.
Screen Manufacturing has grown from a staff compliment of two, to 40 employees.

We believe that our greatest achievement is the fact that we have maintained a 30% growth rate since the company's inception six years ago. "Without any sales representatives on the road, I believe that our company's growth has been phenomenal, and we hope to continue doing this in the future.
